    I called in and advised the sales rep for public storage that I had a 1 bedroom, Cal. King bedroom set and that I was needing a "HUGE" storage unit. Well the guy over the phone advised me that the 10X10 unit would be big enough. When I arrived at the Raytown location we looked at the unit and it was no where near big enough. I was transferred from the Raytown location by Taylor to this location and was told that a 10X20 unit will be available and that its a smooth application process and my movers can unload why this is processing. Well when I arrived at this location, the 10x20 unit door was broke (not a good sign when you have to use tools to open a unit) so the guy was correct to advise me that we cannot use this unit. I advised the guy that I needed another unit quickly as the movers where there to move me in. Well the guy really did not know how to handle the situation and seemed to be confuse as to what the next steps where. He moved very "SLOW" and cost me an extra $90 (waited close to 45 minutes to find and get me into another unit) with the moving company was on the property with me. So the proves was not smooth as Taylor advised it would be. :( However, at the end of the day I was smiling :) as the guy got me into a bigger until that was only $10 more in price and while the movers where moving me in, the Public Storage Worker called his manager (Mike) advised him of the issue and the situation and they took care of me. In fact, both the storage facility and the moving company ended up issuing me a credit and this ended up working out. Although the guy working that day was not very understanding and worked very slow and still missed steps (I had to go back the next day and sign a document that was missed) I'm satisfied with the way Mike handled the situation and if needed to use a storage facility again I would not only use this facility but recommend it to someone else.
