everytime i go in to the office Linda is always great with helping me or providing me answers for my questions.

Very clean facility. No issues with entering or exiting. The vacating process was fast and easy. They run specials and there arent any gimmicks or fine print to worry about. They also make sure your items that are stored are insured. Linda who works there is good. Pleasent customer service attitude.

I would recommend this facility to everybody, Linda, the property manager is great she has always showed me superior customer service. I've been renting for several years so Linda is like family to me. The facility is well kept and clean, and I have always felt safe when entering the facility alone. If you're on the west side of Indy near Eagle Creek check this place out....you won't be disappointed!

I was in desperate need of a storage unit and Mrs. Linda and Mrs. Cherie found one for me out the wood work. Thats what I call customer service at its finest. The location was the perfect fit for me and the price. They helped me beyond recognition and made sure I was going to have me a storage unit before I walked out their doors.
