Great customer service and clean storage units.

The low prices compared to anywhere else is what caught my eye. Seems very secure, the facility is kept clean and they provide carts to help transport items. It was incredibly easy and quick to sign up too. I’m glad we went with this place.

Customer service (Ashley) was very pleasant and helpful. Paperwork was streamlined and easy to complete.

I had an overall great experience. I moved from out of state and the staff was so helful. I was able to complete my reservation over the phone and sign the contract electronically. On the same day of the move I realized I needed to upgrade my storage size and the staff was able to assist me right away. They sent me the updated contract and everything was ready to go by the time I arrived with my stuff. The facility is clean and the customer service is excellent. I highly recomend it.

Steve was wonderful... first time I've ever had to get a storage unit.. very knowledgeable about their services and extremely polite ... hard to find that in today's world...prices better than I had expected... I was not looking forward to having to deal with the process but Steve made it simple and easy.... great customer service skills ....
