    Overall I’m very pleased with my experience with CubeSmart. The manager and representatives at the store are very knowledgeable and kind. My BIGGEST issue is the inconvenience with making payment. While it’s completely understandable that calling in to make a payment is not a safe method there should be other free methods of payment without a forced auto pay set up. The customer should not take the additional hit of paying for a service fee just to make a over the phone monthly payment. While I understand that CUBESMART has made a business arrangement to outsource the payment the customer should not be made to cover that cost. It’s just gauging and not right.
