    Mr. Roger W. at CubeSmart on I35 and Basswood was very helpful during a last minute request before the 4th of July holiday. I needed to upgrade my storage space and 15 minutes before they closed, Mr. Roger stayed late to make sure my needs were met. I appreciate his dedication to the customers like myself.

    While I am satisfied with Cubesmart overall, I do resent that they are not completely upfront with their pricing. You are not told that, in addition to the unit cost, you are required to insure the unit at additional cost. You are not told that there is an additional fee for paying your rent online. Being transparent in your pricing would be something I respect, not something that prevents me from being a customer.

    My main ding in the convenience area is that they charge a convenience fee for a debit card payment, which is a bit ridiculous in the days of instant transfers. Storage is very high-profit anyway, why gouge your customers? -R.C.
