Extra Space Storage

First time renting a storage unit. I reserved a week in advance because I was not sure about what my plans would be. Happy I could do that without a deposit. All went well, got a very good price from their website, place is very clean, air conditioned, well lit, system and access convenient entry, carts are very easy to roll, nice large elevators. No contracts. Close to home. Man at the desk Ken W was very nice and helpful, showed me around and helped me every step. Very pleased. Only thing I was not told on the phone last week by someone else (sounded young) was the registration fee and that I had to have some kind of insurance (thought the guy on the phone said that was optional) and I knew there would be sales tax on it. So it cost me more today than planned, but The man did give me a 5% senior discount which helps a little and I appreciated it. I will recommend this company to others if they are needing storage

Super easy process. Paid for unit online, picked up my gate code and keys the following day. Unit is clean and has lots of room.
