    The two guys who were working the evening on 1/4 were amazing. The website booked the wrong unit and they effortlessly helped us switch it over and refund the previous one like it was nothing - even cleared the snow off in front of our unit too.     Shortly after renting the rather over-priced unit I was accosted and asked what I "was doing" by an overzealous on-site manager(not the DM). He didn't seem to know the rules of the very company he works for because he took issue with the fact that I was selling one of my stored items, which is a non-issue. According to the phone booking representative, and the district manager himself it's not a violation of the rule which states you can't "set up shop"; just because I happen to be selling something doesn't mean I'm running a sweat shop out of a storage unit. 1) Don't confront me. 2) Know how to interpret your own terms and conditions.
