    Giovana made the check-in process as easy and painless as possible. She was kind, considerate, and very helpful. She did every that she could to ensure that we got into our unit. (We weren’t sure it was going to happen because we brought our own lock and didn’t bring enough money for the lock fee.) But Giovana saved us the trouble of paying for the lock and returning it for a refund later. Amazing customer service.. I would highly recommend this facility!
