Extra Space Storage

I always appreciate the cleanliness of businesses and their grounds, apart from that though, Melissa was great! She was able to answer all of my questions and made the entire experience a great one. Most times with storage units, potential occupants leave feeling anxious and uneasy about storing their property because the interaction with the consultant may not be as informative or pleasant, this was the opposite with Melissa. Exceptional service.

Staff at this location are always friendly and very helpful. Although the price increases over my 2 years was a little more than expected, the safety and convenience of this location made it well worth it. This was, until 2 months ago, a Life Storage property and has since changed to Extra Space Storage. Unsure how this could change the experience in the coming years. But my experience was excellent and would highly recommend.

Great price, plus several convenient locations. The initial location I went to did not have the unit size I wanted, but the employee there was more than happy to check other locations, and gave me 2 other places to go to. The 2 employees at the location I wound up at helped me easily secure a unit, and were very nice and super helpful. Highly recommend!
