E'kira is an asset to your organization. She greeted us with a smile, very respectful and knowledgable about the property and gave us a tour, told us about the hours and the benefits. This gave us all the information we needed to make a sound decision to chose this storage location. I'm relocating from Baltimore, MD.

E'Kira has excellent customer service and she was very patient with me when I asked a million questions. I really appreciate her time.

Good location and they provide just what they say they will

As my first experience with getting a storage unit, I was so pleased. I went in and E'Kira was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made it fast and easy. She provided me with all the information I needed to gain access to my unit. She even offered the insurance just in case an item came up missing. Being my first time ever getting a storage I was so happy to know someone cared about my belongings and safety of my items. E'kira was outstanding. And I just wanted to thank her for for all her help!
