    The only draw back to this facility is that the staff uses the loading dock area to park their personal vehicles along with their moving truck parked there also significantly limits the space for renters to load and unload.

    First of all the location is centrally located in the area of Brooklyn we live in. Hours of operation aren't too bad. It's more of we have to plan to go to the storage unit instead of just walking in whenever we want. Staff was amazing. The few times we went in the beginning to set up, the gm and the staff were extremely helpful. I have no issues with my valuables being secured.
