I like that it's a 1 story facility, and thus u don't have to deal with a deathtrap elevator. However, Montefiore blocks off the parking, but at least the cops from the 911 center don't bother you when u park in the manual lift driveway. I like it, but an online or phone payment should be free...if u don't want to make that free, then try not to raise the rates more often than every 5 years.
