This was the easiest rental and account setup I have ever done. I appreciated the manager following up and introducing himself and letting me know that he was there to answer questions or address concerns. Professional and personal!

Tannon was very helpful and patient. I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because I’d spoken with Justin 2 weeks ago and the rates have increased over 50% since then. It is crazy that the rates can increase so drastically in such a short period of time. That being said, Tannon was great and I was happy to have had him assist me today.

Nice-clean-Attendant on duty until 6 pm who has been very helpful. I have a small climate controlled unit for holding Holiday decorations. All entrances for me are on the app on my phone. The security gate to climate controlled building-the entrance to Bldg & lastly to open my unit door. When I leave the unit the app used again locks everything up.

Was quick easy and adorable. The person I spoke with answered and and all questions I had with much clarity.

I was able to get a rental in just a few minutes, and all online. I showed up and was having issues getting in the gate, and the assistant manager was so friendly and helpful. The Bluetooth lock on the unit is also really great.
