    I called to rent my storage unit over the phone and my representative agents name was Elizabeth but she introduced herself as Liz, most wonderful kind had tons patience very hospitable also she was very knowledgeable about her job and what y'all had available went over everything with me very thoroughly and made sure I had no other questions concerns and made sure I totally understood what I was renting before I had to rent a super big unit (20x10 unit) and she made sure i understood how big of a unit I was paying for.. I managed business in the restaurant industry and if she was my employee I would of made sure to promote her to the proper position and make sure she was properly compensated for her hard work!
