The facility manager went above and beyond to answer multiple questions, supply the needed information, and help me get the unit I needed. He was friendly, helpful, and pleasant to interact with. The facility is clean and looks like it will be very secure. My experience was great and I highly recommend this Cube Smart location.

I've been a client of the Richmond Cubesmart for over six months and it is a great facility. Heather and Kurt are both wonderful. They are professional, helpful, very friendly and efficient. I've had two storage units in my time there and the sign up and transition to the new unit were seamless. If you have a question, they respond very quickly. The facility is clean, neat and very easy to access. I recommend the Richmond CubeSmart for all of your storage and packing needs.
