I have been with this site for years. I want to say that I have had my best and most consistent experiences with Stephanie. She is professional, helpful, honest and goes above and beyond to make this storage experience hassle free. I want to say again and again, thank you Stephanie for all you do!!!

In June 2018 I met Stephanie at Cubesmart at the Norcross Locatioin. Over the phone she was kind, considerate and knowledgeable. She showed me around, gave me a choice in storage and accomadated me very well. Today 02/25/2019 I spoke to Stephanie again and complimented her services at my time of need. I had such a great experience with CubeSmart self storage. They have reasonable prices, clean storage environments, and great customer service!

I have been storing items at this location since it was Champion Self Storage, which CubeSmart purchased. The customer service was a little lacking in the beginning but a gentleman named Anterio has made me forget about those days. Anterio always answers the phone with a smile in his voice, is always helpful and always resolves my issue (if there is one). I hope CubeSmart realizes what an outstanding ambassador they have in Anterio.
