    I left a competitor storage unit after being with them nearly 20 years for my business. Rates had gone up; customer service, security and cleanliness down. I came to CubeSmart and the manager made the first positive impression. The climate controlled spaces were actually cool in summer and very clean. I felt secure when in my unit because of the code on the door. I asked about another drive up unit and she contacted me about it when it was available. Again, fast service and positive attitude. Clean, more secure units. I feel better having my stock stored here.

    Well run place. Friendly staff. One major issue. Cubesmart charges customers a fee to pay them online. Ridiculous. This saves time and reduces transaction costs for everyone. Customers should not have to pay, to pay. I encourage Cubesmart to rethink this policy.
