We started renting a unit with climate control. At that time it was under life storage. During the time we had a unit, it went under a merger with another company. We had 24 hour access under life storage due to my husband's hours of work. Plus he had a stroke not long ago. Needless to say, we showed up at night. We had no access. Had to call their after hours number spoke to a real person. He was understanding and gave us a temporary number to get in so we can get stuff out of storage. The guy was very pleasant. Next day spoke to a lady in the office she granted us 24 hour access again. Have to say. Units were clean , they did treat for roaches and etc. So we never had to worry about roaches and etc during the month or so we had our stuff there. Appreciate the staff. Good location. Thanks for everything.

Sarah and Parker were both very professional. They answered all of my questions and made transitioning to a larger unit simple. I would definitely recommend their location.
