Missy was excellent at explaining and showing us the different storage units sizes and capacity level. She was very personable. 8/15/23: Missy informed me to be on the lookout for a rate change postcard when I rented my unit, and I'm glad she did! I received the rate increase today and immediately contacted Missy to see if I could keep the same rate I had initially; in less than an hour she got my rate approved for the next 6 months! Missy is awesome!

I would like to personally thank both, Missy and Giovanni for their outstanding service at the Ashley Phosphate location during my move-in and my move-out. I met Missy during my initial move-in in December 2022, and Giovanni at a later visit to the facility. Missy and Giovanni are very professional, kind, patient and understanding and I will be glad to recommend others to the storage facility where they serve. It is my hope that they both be recognized and honored for their professionalism, kindness, hard work and dedication to the Extra Space Storage Company.
