Booked it all on line and over the phone so no Covid-19 fears or worries. Thank you guys. Great team at Narragansett Cube Smart. I would recommend making them you first call if you need storage in the area!

This is the first time I use a storage facility. The staff is very nice and always helpful. I had trouble sliding my units door up so I reported it to the attendant and she immediately came over and sprayed WD-40 on the track.

So I have been a tenant since before Cubesmart took over. I don't like that you charge me a convienience fee to pay online. I don't like that you have changed my payment due date to the last day of the month, instead of the first. I do like that the gate is open until 10pm now, that is nice. It did use to open at 5am, and now it's 6am but I can deal with that for later hours. I hope Cubesmart doesn't change much more.
