I like Extra Space, but I don’t appreciate the rent being increased every couple of months! Trying to squeeze every nickel out of a person! And $50 late fee added on top of the overpriced rent. You’d think the unit is lined in 24k gold. Also, no one ever, ever, ever picks up the phone when I’ve called with a question, or to pay my bill, etc. So yeah I’m not exactly a happy customer.

I have had my unit there for a long while now. And Trish is always very polite and helpful Any questions I have she has never hesitated to answer find out for me. Much appreciated. Thank you

My experience here has been amazing! Since I got my first storage unit last fall with them to adding on my second one this year, Trish and everyone else that I have talked to has made the entire process super efficient and smooth! Their prices have been great and they have top notch customer service. Both storage units were super clean and I love the drive up access to the outdoor units. If I need to get a storage unit in the future I will be sure to come back here!:)
