As of right now the place is clean, organized, very conveniently located, & the staff friendly & helpful. Our unit is a drive up outside unit that doesn't have a lot of options for parking when u need to unload a truck & have extra vehicles. It also does NOT have ANY ELECTRICAL OF ANY KIND RAN FOR LIGHT OR PLUGS. The unit still looks brand new. This location is NOT 24/7 ACCESS. The gates stop letting people in for the drive up units at 10pm but u can be there later than that & still get out, just can't get back in. The website CLEARLY STATES that they UNDERSTAND & KNOW THAT DAYTIME HOURS DON'T WORK FOR EVERYONE & CAN MAKE TEMPORARY ADJUSTMENTS UPON REQUEST IF NEEDED.....WE MADE THAT EXACT REQUEST, ASKED FOR ONLY 3-5 DAYS ACCESS DUE TO SCHEDULES FOR ALL 3 PEOPLE INVOLVED. WE WERE DENIED, NO SPECIAL ACCESS WAS GIVEN AT ALL, TIMES STAYED THE EXACT SAME & THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER ANY KIND OF COMPROMISE OR SUGGESTIONS TO EXTEND TIME OR HELP IN ANY WAY!!! THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED ASAP!!! Will update more as time goes.
