I’m a nervous renter. I worry about access, security, and management. This place is easily the best choice I’ve made. I’ve used them for both short-term and long-term storage. The units are clean, the electronic security system does its job, and management is available to answer questions and help. Management also swings through the complex frequently to make sure that all is well. One hot, tired day of moving, I forgot to lock my unit when leaving. Driving the grounds, Samantha noticed the lock wasn’t attached and called me. Not her responsibility to make sure units are locked, but the call that day was a life-saver. She is also the one who set up my contract, and I was able for start using the space immediately. Efficient, safe, and customer focused. I can’t recommend Extra Space storage on S. Lincoln in Loveland enough.

This location was friendly and clean along with having a lot of space for not a lot of money. I was able to store my items the day the storage was obtained and was closed out the day after I emptied it and they were able to verify. Easy in, easy out and everything completed swiftly. Thanks.
