    First off, the experience here compared to Public Storage is night and day. The manager is very attentive, welcoming and explains everything thoroughly. Given the location, cleanliness and security of this location, the rental rate is very good. The only thing that remains to be seen is when and how much the rental rate will go up.

    This storage facility is hands down the best if ever used. One reason for my outstanding experience is MIKE, the manager. He is friendly, kind, and looks out for you. For instance, I once forgot to fully close my lock. About 20 minutes after I’d left the facility Mike called and let me know. I was so grateful and returned to find my items safe and sound. I proceeded fully close my lock. He didn’t have to do that, but he did. Thank you Mike for the great help and service. I hope to rent with you again in the future.

    I have been in few storage over the Bay Area but this location caught my eyes as the manager Michael locked the elevator for a move in that made our job so much faster as our client is paying us by the hour. He cares about his customers and the storage unit is very clean and safe. I recommend my clients to bring his belongs to this location.
