    I had never had to use a storage before - I live in WA and work seasonally in the commercial fishing industry in Alaska. I am in Alaska and decided not to renew my lease in WA. I called Extra Space Storage and was amazed that this process in leasing a storage unit was so simple and easy. I paid over the phone they gave me a great deal and assured me there wouldnt be any issues with my Niece being able to move my stuff into my storage while Im still working in Alaska.
