From the initial call to the on-site visit and selection of our storage unit, can't speak highly enough about the professionalism of this company. During our initial call, we asked about a storage location in an area further away from our home. The customer service person, without prompting, found a location closer and less expensive than the one we originally asked about. He took our info and ensured the site was aware we would be stopping by. Once at the location, Manager Bob Nikolic (Store 1171) greeted us and made it extremely easy to find what we needed. Even the process of registering was made effortless. The facility is very well kept and clean. Based upon our experience to date, I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone. Thanks!

We've been using Extra Space Storage for almost a year now. We'll be moving out soon, but I just want to make it known that Extra Space Storage, especially the 1170 N Skokie HWY location, is the best storage place I have ever had the pleasure of using. Every time I had an issue, or a question, it was taken care of right then and there or at the end of the day at the latest. Everyone is SUPER friendly, helpful, patient. It's just an overall breath of fresh air from using other places that are down right rude. I would recommend this company to anyone, and Extra Space Storage will be my first and ONLY choice should I need a storage unit in the future.
