The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are great, it's a clean and secure facility. With a manager who lives on site. Irs all around just a great place to store your stuff.

Love the facility and Patty’s great customer service, but this is the 5th time I’ve registered my online account for billing and each time your servers delete it! Now, you’re threatening a lien fee for a billing problem that’s your fault! Unbelievable

Friendly customer service. I always received a call back in a timely manner. I found the whole experience easy and fairly uncomplicated which is nice during these times.

The manager of this facility is so helpful and very cool. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her clients and their well-being. She and the other lady that were working in the front office when I signed up were so nice and polite. If you want a place to keep your things that really cares about you and your belongings, then this is the place for you!

Great people at a great facility. However, billing and payment are not convenient because you have a separate account, bill, and payment due for each unit. So for example, my family has three (parking spaces and a small closet). I received a bill and paid it. Then, a week later was receiving late notices. I had no idea that there would be three separate bills and assumed they were making billing errors. Why can't one family pay one bill with everything all together? This is a pain in the neck.
