    It's an ok storage. Clean, good customer service and nice sized. I don't like that the only way to pay with no additional fees are to go in their office(inconvenient) or call and give your card info over the phone to a person in office (risky and unsecure) and they have also increased their prices within 6months of me getting the unit.

    Great place for storage just wish it had climate control units and lights in the units that would make it a little easier to locate things as i need them .

    I was taken by surprise when I got to the facility and had the wrong type of lock. The manager said that I couldn’t use the one one I had long enough to go get one from Walmart. I was forced to pay 17 for the one they had on site. No one told me a specific type of lock when we spoke. Otherwise would have brought the required one. Also don’t disclose how the online discounts work.
