Joann was so calm and caring and fixed what was wrong with my monthly payments. I was so thankful and happy that she helped me right there and then! She was so kind and considerate.     The kindness ,most helpful, storage rental experience I've ever had. Everything clearly explained, was shown different size units, and was surprised at the cost compared to other units in the area. Miss Joann Perri was a delight to do business with. My daughter is starting college this fall, and was with me at the time. She was extremely happy there's plenty of room for her favorite couch. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage and miss Joann to anyone looking for a unit to rent.
