Extra Space Storage

I’ve been with Extra Space Storage for a year now and today I called with questions about my unit. I spoke with Sotero and he was very helpful, polite and even followed up with more information after the call. I really appreciated his professionalism and customer service. Thank you Sotero!

Extra Space Storage Vicky Rodriguez Posting publicly Hi ?? My name is Vicky Rodriguez I had finally found the best Storage Room. But then I got a note telling me that my rent was being increased. I was not happy about this. When I went to pay my rent, I asked Shasta why did my rent go up so high? Shasta explained to me the reason about this increase. I told Shasta that it was so high. Shasta then told me that she was going to try to bring it down some. Shasta then asked me if I was a Senior Citizen. I told Shasta, yes I am. So Shasta, said that I could even qualified for a Senior discount. But I needed to get this approved first. Well the very next day, Shasta called me and told me that I had been approved! I was Happy to hear this! I so Happy to know that now I didn’t have to look for another Storage Room. Shasta was very Professional, Kind, Helpful, Caring, Nice and Friendly and I Appreciated her so much for that. I felt a lot of Stress leave my shoulders. Knowing that I didn’t have to look for another Storage Room. All the Businesses need to have more Employees like Shasta, and make life easier for us. I am so Grateful to God for Blessing me with Shasta! Thank you Shasta! For I am in the Right place. I AM SO HAPPY FOR THE OUTCOME!
