Extra Space Storage

I would like to think Scott for his customer service experience. He is beyond amazing and have excellent customer service. He is great and so much more.

I have dealt with two different managers at this facility, the last one being Scott. Both managers were so helpful with minor issues that I had. They both went out of their way to make sure that I was able to use the facility with ease, understand my bill, and get my stuff in and out as needed. Pricing is comparable with other storage facilities, but they also have some online specials. Either way, I rather deal with a facility that cares about its customers. I've used this storage place for over 8 months. Thank you Scott for assisting me recently!

The new manager was so nice. Ige was nice enough to reach out to prevent me from paying a late fee. He was very respectful.

Not only was the place secure and clean but customer service was A1. Ms. Jay was amazing! Very helpful and a good resource for finding things around the city. Thank you for great service.
