    I rented a 5x10 unit that was not temperature controller. When I arrived, the unit was cleaned with my purchased lock inside. Although I had a small issue with my first rep having the door locked when I got there (extended lunch maybe?) everyone I worked with was great. Will definitely use Extra Space again in the future.
