Being with Extra Storage for over 7 years has made running my business that much easier. They are always helpful and flexible in their approaches and Allan goes out of his way to ensure we have everything we need. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

I love this storage facility! I've stored things in the DC location on River Road and at the Reston VA location, as well. The staff is super accommodating as I had a small space and then a larger space and they worked with me to meet the dates that I needed to switch. The place is clean and secure and accessible for long periods of the day. I recently found space in my house to store my things so I emptied out the unit I was renting, but if I ever need to store things again, I'll definitely use this company's facilities.

Allen was friendly and professional. He gave me a tour of the facility prior to making a reservation. The preservation process was super easy and convenient.

I rented a garage -sized space here just over a month from May to early July 2023. Allan Childers was my POC and showed me the unit. He was very courteous and professional and gave me a great rate for the two months that I anticipated needing the unit. The unit itself was very clean. As it turned out, I only needed the unit for approx. 37 days so when I went to give notice, Allan cut me another break on the rate and the whole thing was a bargain. Really a great experience all the way around and he turned me on to a great moving company besides.
