I only wish there was a way to see or verify my cube is still secure from Vienna, Austria. I didn't have time to review the odd looking "more secure" locks available at the office and settled for the 2 familiar Master Locks I used from work. I have been away for over a year and I don't have anyone near my home to check on it for me... Other than that I would highly recommend Cubesmart! I shopped around there were some newer storage facilities that charged more, but they were anyway not open for business yet at the time I required this convenience.

I had to move to Vienna Austria temporarily because of a family matter. No issues and perfect Customer Service.

You are convenient geographically. We love your employees. We wish you would offer more deals and rewards for LONG-TIME customers!

Searched online for unit convenient to my home that was reasonable and secure. This was clean and I felt safe since some I checked out appeared scary with customers washing cars and maybe shady businesses out of unit, I always go with my instinct! Originally was a great price but after 5 months notified of $20 increase in monthly rent!! Huge increase! Luckily I had opened my business by then and had storage available in my own warehouse, yay! Cleaned out my unit and went by office to notify of move out but general manger was too busy to be nice and was obviously in a hurry and was very short with me as if I was a bother, left a bad taste to me after I had been happy there for months and this was my last contact with them. But big price increase out of nowhere would have me leaving anyway, not nice to be surprised like that, so lucky timing to exit was fortuitous for me!
