The staff are stellar. Location is convenient. Storage space is well lit, clean and comfortable. Reasonably price.

Just recently rented a space at extra space storage and so far I'm pleased. I was very hesitant at first because this is my first time ever renting a storage space. Brendon was very helpful and kind. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. He assured me that there won't be any pests issues, because i told him thats one of my biggest concerns. He said for as long as he has been working there they have not had pest problems. I find that the facility is clean and they have a good security system in place. The temperature is nice inside. They have carts accessible right at the door for you to bring all your luggage inside. My only concern is when the rent increase happens. I was told I got a good price on my storage unit. And the rent increase wont happen right away, but when it does I'm suppose to get notified a month in advance. Even though I've had my storage space for a few days so far I'm pleased. The price is more of a future concern but as of now everything seems pretty good. Thanks again Brendon for your help.

I have been a customer with Extra Space Storage for 6 years. I was initially attracted to the climate control and the security of the building. I've discovered over time that the staff has been very helpful and friendly, which was an added bonus. For those looking to keep their valuable possessions safe and secure, Extra Space Storage is an excellent choice!
