Angela was very helpful. She helped me every step of the way from moving in to moving out. She treated me with such kindness and humility that I just had to write a review for her. I never write reviews but I just hope the company knows they hired an amazingly skilled customer service representative. She is amazing!

I spoke with an online representative prior to going to the office. The unit they set me up with over the phone was way too small. I was worried because I was on a time crunch. Angela was able to get me set up with a bigger unit that wasn’t much more expensive than my original. She was extremely helpful and polite and even helped to grease my locking mechanism because it was hard for me to slide open. Definitely feel like I made the right choice renting from here
