Public Storage

Very roomy and neat compound. Great helpful staff. The climate control units make a big difference when storing long-term. However, they increase your rental drastically almost twice a year to almost double the price. Not good for long term. This has more to do with the corporate side, and not the local employees over there.

Late post but Monica is amazing and so professional. She really explains things in details and assists every step of the way. Looks to help you with your budget and the best offer. Monica, moving is already stressful enough and I really appreciate your candor.

First off I'd like to say that the service at this public storage is amazing. Monica was the highlight of my entire day making the process of checking in to my first storage ever a very pleasant experience. Honestly if she is not the boss at the Whitewood location someone needs to give her the reins.. the place is very clean, the staff is very professional. I don't know how else to gloat but if anyone needs a storage talk to monica... and my second pass through there I met amber who was also exceptional to boot .. thank you both and I can't wait to come pay my bill, really can't stand bills and I still can't wait.."-)

Monica was absolutely helpful from start to finish. She was polite professional and assisted us without hesitation. She is definitely an asset to Public Storage. Keep up the good work Monica!
