I've had GREAT dealings with both Sean and Beth. Each time I have a question, no matter how many, or what ever the issue, they both are very patient, informative and VERY responsive. They care. They are very professional and I never feel rushed nor like they would rather be elsewhere or doing something else when helping me. They explain things thoroughly and want to truly help you pick the right size unit for your needs and make great suggestions to help you save money as well. I'm very impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the storage units and the general overall space area, including the parking lot, elevator areas and dumpster areas. This place does not look trashy nor dumpy what so ever. I highly recommend both the staff and the storage space. Keep up the great work you two! I'm very pleased there. ??
