    I’m giving a 4 star for now as I’ve just recently become a customer at Extra Space. I was having an issue getting the rate it showed online, so I ended up calling the main number and spoke to an awesome rep Ed in Myrtle Beach, SC who had a great attitude and was very personable. He took care of me and got my new account all set up in no time. I haven’t dealt with or met the local people at my specific storage yet and am hoping they are atleast half as good as Ed was.
