    I had so many things to check off my to do list today and I was not looking forward to this one in particular because the move is already so stressful! Well first off I went to the wrong location and Darnell and another kind gentleman helped me to figure out which location I had actually registered a space for. That location was 25 minutes out of my way! These two guys made it so easy. They called a closer location to confirm my size space, cancelled the one that was too far away and sent me with all the information. I didn't have to lift a finger or call 3 different places! At the next location, John was absolutely wonderful! He explained everything to me (because I've never leased storage before) and was extremely helpful, relatable and friendly throughout the entire process. I am so glad I picked these guys, they have thought of everything! That turned out to be the easiest and least painful errand I had to take care of today! Thank you very much Darnell and John!
