    I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with the PS on S Rainbow Blvd. Jim was helpful from the very start and wasn't pushy at all. Every time I come to the property, I make a point of popping my head into the office and saying hello. He even remembers my name for some reason! The property is always clean. I'm never in fear of running over something, causing a flat tire.

    Jim in the office knows his stuff. I had a ton of questions and he answered them all. I felt like i was being a burden but he assured me i was just fine. If you need storage I recommend the one on s. Rainbow and see Jim.

    Jim the manager provided me an excellent customer service. Very easy to deal with. Quite willing to help even to make sure my previous PS space agreement was done and important paper works faxed to him. The transaction was really quick and hassle free. Above all, the storage is super clean, much better price, and located in a nice neighborhood.

    We have had our storage unit since 1993 and we wanted to take a moment and thank you for having Jim as manager of the property. We pay our rent at the office every month and we are always glad to see him, as we were with his late mother, Jeri. Whenever we have a question or concern, his knowledge of the business is extensive. With rate increases, we have considered moving to another storage company. But, because of Jim, we stay at Public Storage. We love his personality, his willingness to help, and his diligence to keep the property safe and secure.
