CubeSmart Self Storage

I have used the services of Cubesmart for almost five years. The prices are fair and reasonable in comparison to other storage facilities. The manager and attendants are very kind and professional at the Elkridge, Maryland location. However I wish this company showed the same understanding as other companies in terms of payment flexibility during the Covid-19 pandemic. I have been out of work since March but have found a way to pay my storage fees. It has not been easy. I hate getting phone calls when I am a day or two late with my payment. With everything else that is going on I find the phone calls unnecessary. I will say the staff tries very hard to be helpful to the extent that they are permitted. Overall positive experience.

Staffing is both very polite as well as professional. They patiently answered all my questions. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I had a great experience with Cubesmart location at 7025 Kit Kat Rd, Elkridge, MD 21075. The customer experience was fantastic. The store representative Dre, was well-spoken and very courteous. He guided me through all the paperwork and provided a tour of the facility. In these uncertain times of COVID-19, he explained and practiced Social Distancing which was absolutely the correct action to take. Thumbs up!

Exceptional facility. Good customer service. Too many fines and fees.

I have a complaint about the rental fees. They have went up twice within the year. No warning or notice except a letter stating that next month your rent is going up. That is unacceptable considering there were no major changes at the facility. I will be leaving soon as I do not like being taken for granted and being told I have to accept it.
