Extra Space Storage

I've been renting indoor storage at the Cottage Grove location since 2017. The facility is spotless. I've never seen a bug or even a cobweb anywhere... pretty sure the concrete floors are even waxed. I appreciate the cleanliness and how secure everything is. When I accidently didn't have my unit locked correctly I got a phone call to inform me. They keep a great eye on everything there. I never have any worries. Thank you to the people who run this facility. You do a great job.

Miranda was very professional, patient and super helpful. She ensured that my access was set up properly, and that I knew how to get to my stall ( I am direction challenged ??). I really appreciate all the assistance she gave me.

Miranda was amazing helping me get a unit at last minute. She explained the differences between the several units they had available along with current promotions, and took the time to do so with just 10 minutes left before closing. All the spaces at this location are super clean and well kept. Highly recommend!
