    The five stars are for my experience at renting my RV parking space this past week was great. However, my enclosed storage space had been bumped up twice in about one year from $289 to $460.50. My initial experience for this unit was also great. My Public Storage enclosed units have fared not much better and the people there are not as nice.

    The staff here is amazing! The process was so smooth and easy. The team was so helpful and friendly over the phone helping me to get set up. I wasn’t able to come by when I planned and they were so nice to call me and offer to help get the account set up over the phone since I’d be arriving after hours. I’m very grateful to Natalie and Sam for helping through this process. This storage facility is further from my house than other places but I choose to rent here because of the great service. I’m grateful for this team.
