    Your company raised rent again, even during this hard time of the pandemic. Why do you feel it is right to increase your customer's burdens when employment is scarce and finances are in duress? You have raised my rent $10 last year and again this year, which is 7.5 % per year. The government has asked bill collectors to be understanding during these times, yet to push me to the limits with rate hikes.
