Public Storage

Tracy and Susan were helpful and informative. I was very surprised that a storage facility would not rent via phone with a credit card. They required that the rental be accomplished in person. Thankfully, my daughter was able to go to the facility and rent the space for me. I can understand that renting a storage facility presents a situation that would not lend itself to a telephone process. I wonder how people do this who are moving from out of town as I was and who do not have someone who can rent for them. In any case, the facility is nice, clean, accessible and the climate control is very good. I have visited the facility since I moved my household goods into it, and everything is secure. I am pleased with this solution to my storage needs while my new home is being built.
