Fred is an excellent manager, his customer service, and people skills show what a genuine nice person he is looking out for the best of people. Theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re lucky to have him on their team. Moving is never fun, but he made it seamless easy and has a great attitude about life. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve rented over 20 units in the past, and this definitely was the best experience that Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever had.

Easy and affordable storage option. It was easy to move in and the customer service is really nice. However, it is a pretty small location and when I moved into my unit I saw mouse droppings and dead bugs in a corner of my unit. We cleaned it up and set up traps and it seems like there aren't continued pest problems but I am slightly worried about a possible mouse problem.

The whole process from initial phone call to move in has been fast and hassle free. The representative on the phone was friendly and knowledgable. The online check in was easy as was move in day. The storage unit was clean and the facility is well kept and clean also. I am very pleased with my decision to store at Life Storage Pond Springs Road.
