Extra Space Storage

I had a great experience at this storage facility for several years when I needed a little “extra space.” Mechelle helped me move out today and was extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely use this location again if I ever need storage in the future!

Mechelle was extremely helpful in getting me set up in a unit that is best for me. She had great customer service and was very efficient in finding me a new unit.

I rented online on a Sunday, and Ms. Mechelle gave me a call the next morning and asked if I was planning to come that day! She also asked and if I preferred to complete the signing agreement online, or in person. She let me know that she would be there when I arrived to assist me with everything. She was courteous and helpful during the call and asked if I had any questions. Once I arrived, she was helpful and thorough with her explanation of the term agreement. She also walked with me to my unit and explained how to use the key properly, and answered any further questions or concerns that I had. The other employee on site, Mr. Anthony was also extremely warm and friendly. Great staff, I am new to the area and I would recommend this storage company to anyone looking an affordable rental space with friendly customer service! Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality while I was there at your site, Ms. Mechelle and Mr. Anthony!
