Karen is the only person who tried her best to grant me the dollar promotion after the caller agent messed up and everyone else didn't care to try n fix the situation but Karen even though I still had to pay full price when I shouldve paid $1 for the first month Karen should be the CEO of this company for having such a great heart and real customer service that tried to correct her best when the caller agent that didn't live in Florida altomonte springs sent me to the wrong location and gave me the wrong size Karen is the only one who fought by herself to get me what I deserved m thank you to Dan as well you guys need more people like Karen she knows customer service rather then how the rest of you have disappointed this customer thank you Larry Dotson

Was looking and pricing out storage units. A very nice lady named Karen was very informative and helpful. When I am ready to rent I will definitely go there.
