I had several units at extra space with different due dates and costs, had just moved, changed my banking information & phone; I was a mess! & missed payments add up late fees quickly! Furthermore, I completely forgot they didn’t have updated phone or card information. I came to one of my units, and manager Roberto came and greeted me at my unit. Thank god!; I was only days away from losing the possessions in one of my units! Roberto then streamlined my payments & schedule, & even suggested a more cost effective ways for me. I left feeling really positive and that my belongings were in a safe and well managed business, with a diligent, attentive, and competent manager. Thanks Again, Roberto!

So far so good. Cheep price, convenient location. Roberto has been very helpful with the move in. The gentleman from headquarters in Florida, while patient and sweet gave the wrong info concerning the amenities at this location. No, it wasn't climate controlled here nor have Bluetooth locks. But it looks like it will serve it's purpose for this season.
